These terms and conditions apply to the Amarkagojpatro service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”), accessible via mobile applications for iOS and Android (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) and the website amarkagojpatro.com (collectively referred to as "Platforms"). The Service is created and operated by Technobd (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”) and offered as a free and membership-based service, with various packages and categories available.

Acceptance of Terms


Upon accessing, downloading, or using the Platforms, you agree to these terms and conditions. Unauthorized copying, modification, redistribution, or reverse engineering of any part of the Service, including its trademarks, is strictly prohibited. All associated copyrights, trademarks, database rights, and intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

Service Modifications and Charges


The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Service, including features, functionalities, and pricing, at any time. Any changes to membership plan fees or terms will be communicated clearly to you on the Platforms. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms applicable to your chosen package. The Service Provider assures you that any fees will be disclosed before billing.

Membership Management


  • 1. Membership Plan Continuation and Discontinuation
    • Users may discontinue their Membership Plan at any time. Discontinuation will not cancel the Membership Plan immediately; it will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • 2. Upgrades and Downgrades
    • Users may upgrade their membership plan at any time, with the upgraded package taking effect immediately upon confirmation.
    • Downgrades must be requested at least seven (7) days before the current membership plan period expires to ensure proper processing. The downgrade will then apply from the start of the next billing cycle.
  • 3. No Refunds or Pauses
    • The current policy does not allow for refunds, partial credits, or pauses in membership plan service. Users are encouraged to select their membership plan carefully.

Data Processing and Security


The Platforms store and process personal data you provide to deliver the Service. By using the Service, you consent to this data processing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and access credentials. The Service Provider advises against jailbreaking or rooting your mobile devices, as these actions may compromise the device’s security and render the Application non-functional.

Internet and Data Usage


The Platforms require an active internet connection for certain features. The Service Provider is not responsible for any functionality issues due to limited access to Wi-Fi, exhausted mobile data, or network restrictions. Users are responsible for data charges incurred when using the Service, including roaming charges when accessing the Service outside of their home region.

Account Management and Data Deletion


You may request deletion of your account and associated data from both the Application and website by using account settings or by contacting support. Account deletion will remove your data from our systems, except where retention is legally required. Please allow processing time for deletion requests.

Service Updates and Availability


The Service Provider may periodically update or discontinue the Service. Updates are required for optimal performance, and by using the Platforms, you agree to accept these updates when provided. The Service Provider does not guarantee continued compatibility with all operating system versions. If the Service is discontinued, the rights granted to you will terminate, and you must cease usage and delete the Platforms from your devices.

Limitation of Liability


The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Platforms updated and accurate; however, they rely on third-party information, and therefore, cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, arising from reliance on the information provided through the Platforms. You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged, as the Service Provider cannot be held accountable for inability to access the Service due to a dead battery or other device issues.

Changes to Terms and Conditions


These terms may be updated periodically. We recommend checking this document regularly for updates. Changes will be communicated through notices on this page, and the updated terms will become effective immediately upon posting.
